Joseph is an associate at Rudoy Fleck. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation (both plaintiff and defense) and transactions.

After earning a B.A. (magna cum laude) in History and Political Science at UCLA, Joseph attended law school at U.C. Hastings. While in law school, Joseph was an extern at the Los Angeles Superior Court and the California Court of Appeal and was a summer law clerk at an insurance defense firm. He also served as a research assistant to Professor Geoffrey Hazard, assisting him in various projects, including editing and updating one of his many Civil Procedure books. Joseph also served as a Senior Articles Editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal and earned the highest grade in his Negotiation/Mediation seminar. Joseph is also a California licensed real estate salesperson.

Outside work, Joseph enjoys traveling, politics and any and everything basketball-related, especially following his favorite team, the Los Angeles Lakers.

Jared is an associate with Rudoy Fleck. His practice focuses on commercial litigation in both state and federal court, including bankruptcy court.

A native of Madras, Oregon, Jared moved south after high school, earning a B.A. from the University of Southern California in 2007, where he graduated cum laude with a double major in English and Political Science. Jared was awarded his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2011, graduating in the top ten percent of his class and achieving the highest overall grade in his Antitrust Law and Criminal Procedure sections.

While in law school, Jared served as a Senior Production Editor with the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society, and worked as an extern in the chambers of the Honorable Vincent P. Zurzolo at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. As a law student Jared also worked as a Research Assistant for Loyola Contracts Professor Lary Lawrence and as a law clerk at a small law firm which focused on representing plaintiffs in complex consumer litigation.

In his free time Jared enjoys running, reading 19th century novels, and following his two favorite NBA teams, the Los Angeles Clippers and the Portland Trailblazers.

Marty has been a lawyer since 1974, handling everything from litigation to drafting motion picture contracts. Marty represents clients in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters including bankruptcy, business law, real estate, wrongful death and entertainment law. His present and former clients include financial institutions and prominent celebrities. A former stand-up comic, Marty now produces major comedy benefits and sits on the board of philanthropic organizations including the Board of Governors of City of Hope.

David is a former criminal prosecutor from the Major Fraud Division in Los Angeles County. As a deputy district attorney he tried over 50 jury trials. He prosecuted cases involving all manner of fraud and theft as well murder, child molestation, domestic violence, gang violence and driving under the influence of alcohol. Prior to being a prosecutor he worked as an in-house lawyer at the U.S. Customs Service. With a deep understanding of fraud cases, he now represents both plaintiffs and defendants in civil fraud litigation as well as white collar criminal defendants.

David is also an avid teacher. He is certified to provide educational seminars to California law enforcement officers. Several times a year, he presents at major fraud conferences and has provided training, seminars and presentations about fraud to diverse audiences that include the Mortgage Bankers Association, the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators, the American Conference Institute, the Federal Mortgage Fraud Working Group, Fannie Mae, the National Notary Association, and the SEC.

As an undergraduate at UCLA, Mr. Fleck competed as a diver on the swimming team and achieved All-American status twice. He was the 1993 PAC-10 Champion on the 10-meter platform.
